The Opportunity Development Cooperative of Petroleum County (dba Winnett Co-op) is a registered cooperative association with the state and have a board of directors. We offer at par 11,200 shares of capital stock.

Common Stock (Membership/Voting Share)

• Must be resident of Montana & meet approval by board.

• Cost is $150.

• Limited to one per person.

• Not redeemable or salable asset.

Class A Founders' Preferred Stock

• Limited to 200 shares, first come-first serve.

​

• Considered first for dividends and could have slightly higher rate of return.

​

• Only available to Co-Op Members (owners of common stock).

​

• Members may buy more than one.

​

• Cost is $250 per share.

• These non-voting shares are not redeemable but may be transferred to another co-op member.

Class B Preferred Stock

​

• Can be purchased by any individual or entity, membership not required.

• Can purchase any amount of shares.

• Cost is $250 per share.

• Dividends may be available.

• These non-voting shares are redeemable and transferable at the discretion of the board.
